Negotiable instruments investment portfolio
  Accounts which contain:
  interest bearing negotiable instruments belonging to the investment portfolio (assigned as such specifically at deal date of the transaction).
  all credit and swap related negotiable instruments.
  For example notes which have not been purchased as a specific trade but which have been taken into the portfolio as part of a medium of long term commitment entered into be the bank.
